Chicken rolls with a crispy crust – a dish that can be prepared for lunch or dinner and served with a side dish, as well as make them a part of the festive menu. They turn out juicy, tasty and look very appetising. Cookery blogger Kristin Azizyan shared her recipe for this dish.

Chicken rolls

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast (large) – 2 pcs;
  • butter – 100-150 g;
  • cheese – 80-10 g;
  • herbs, garlic;
  • tomato – 1 pc;
  • egg for batter;
  • flour, breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

  1. Cut chicken breast, batter, salt, pepper, grease with a thick layer of butter, sprinkle with cheese, herbs and garlic, put a piece of tomato on the edge and roll up as shown in the video.
  2. Roll in flour, then dip in egg and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Place in an oiled baking dish and bake for 40-50 minutes, until browned.
