Very delicate chocolate pancakes are no more difficult to make than classic chocolate pancakes
Flavourful chocolate pancakes are so delicious that they don’t even require filling – they are a complete dessert. Such products are eaten in minutes, and the kitchen smells temptingly of chocolate during cooking. If you still want to fill them, try combining them with a fruit or sour milk filling.
Chocolate pancakes with cocoa on milk
Ingredients:
- milk – 500 ml;
- sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
- flour – 200 g;
- cocoa – 3 tablespoons;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation:
- Take the eggs and milk out of the fridge in advance and heat to room temperature. If you are making chocolate pancakes with milk and boiling water, take 250 ml of each liquid.
- Wash the eggs under running water and beat with the sugar until smooth. If you want to fill pancakes, use less sugar. Add the milk, sour cream, sunflower oil and a pinch of salt and mix again. Then stir in the flour and cocoa sifted through a sieve into the batter to avoid lumps.
- Leave the batter to infuse for 10-15 minutes and cook the chocolate pancakes on a well heated griddle for 2-3 minutes each. Before the first product, grease the surface with oil. Preferably use a non-stick pancake griddle.
