Decorate the top with berries or fruit if desired
To make fruit mousse, use any compote or juice. Even a beginner can cope with this dessert.
Fruit mousse is loved by both adults and children. It can be prepared for any holiday or served as a dessert.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- compote (any kind) 500 ml
- semolina 3 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar 10 g
Preparation:
- Bring the compote to a boil, pour in the semolina in a thin stream, while stirring intensively with the other hand so that no semolina lumps are formed and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then pour into another bowl, add vanilla sugar and cool.
- Beat with a mixer until puffy and light-coloured.
- Spoon the mousse into the cremains and place in the fridge for one hour.
If desired, decorate the top with berries or fruit.
