Cheese sauce has many variations and a large number of recipes, try making the most classic one. Chef o_gorodnik showed how to make one of the most famous sauces in the world, the recipe for which is believed to come from France, although this is not known.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cream 33% 300 g
- Melted Cheddar cheese 100 g
- Mozzarella 100 g
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Bring the cream to a boil and add salt, pepper and two types of cheese;
- Mix everything with a whisk until dissolved;
Serve hot or cold.
