Tomato soup with chicken, beans and vegetables: recipe for a healthy dish

Add chopped herbs to each plate before serving as desired

Prepare a very tasty, rich soup with chicken, beans and vegetables for lunch. For the soup you will need any: tinned or dried beans, chicken fillet, vegetables and spices they will give the soup a rich taste and flavour.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet 300 g
  • potatoes 2 pcs.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • tinned beans in tomato sauce 1 can
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
  • water 1200 ml
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • ground paprika 1 tsp.
  • bay leaf 2 pcs.
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

  1. Wash the vegetables, clean them. Cut onions, carrots, potatoes into small cubes, finely chop garlic.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium sized pieces.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the meat until lightly golden.
  4. Add the onions and carrots to the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic, potatoes and pour hot water over everything.
  5. After boiling, cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add the beans along with the sauce, tomato paste, paprika, ground black pepper, bay leaf and salt.
  7. Cook with the lid closed over medium heat for five minutes.

Add chopped herbs to each plate before serving, if desired.
