Add chopped herbs to each plate before serving as desired
Prepare a very tasty, rich soup with chicken, beans and vegetables for lunch. For the soup you will need any: tinned or dried beans, chicken fillet, vegetables and spices they will give the soup a rich taste and flavour.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet 300 g
- potatoes 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- garlic 2 cloves
- tinned beans in tomato sauce 1 can
- tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
- water 1200 ml
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- ground paprika 1 tsp.
- bay leaf 2 pcs.
- ground black pepper
- salt
Preparation:
- Wash the vegetables, clean them. Cut onions, carrots, potatoes into small cubes, finely chop garlic.
- Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the meat until lightly golden.
- Add the onions and carrots to the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic, potatoes and pour hot water over everything.
- After boiling, cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the beans along with the sauce, tomato paste, paprika, ground black pepper, bay leaf and salt.
- Cook with the lid closed over medium heat for five minutes.
Add chopped herbs to each plate before serving, if desired.
